I am the firm’s founder and lead trial attorney. I founded this firm on the principle that people injured because of someone else’s carelessness deserve aggressive representation. I have a proven track record in court, prevailing against some of the largest insurance companies and corporations in the United States and worldwide, on the simple idea that I will get the best settlement for you based on your injuries or I will try your case to a jury. I charge no fees or expenses unless we collect money on your behalf. The firm is focused exclusively on personal injury litigation and we represent clients injured in the oilfield, injured by 18 wheelers or company vehicles, and those injured by slip and falls.
