Austin is a born and bred Texan and was raised Lubbock, Texas. While pursuing his undergraduate degree in Political Science at Texas Tech University, Austin worked full-time as a banker. Austin is a proud Texas Tech School of Law graduate where he earned both a law degree and a Masters in Public Administration at the same time.

As a lawyer, Austin is a “Tried and True” advocate, having successfully litigated cases at the highest levels in both personal injury and criminal law. Austin has been a practicing New Mexico attorney since 2014 and recently became an attorney in the Chickasaw Nation. He loves being in the courtroom and recently relocated to San Antonio to continue his practice. For him, true advocacy is a lifestyle.

In his personal life, he enjoys traveling and playing disc golf with his friends.
